Capping for a Hunt
Interested in riding with us as a guest? We’d love to have you!
Non-members or associate members are welcome to ‘cap’ for any Wednesday, Sunday or Holiday hunts. Any rider is allowed to cap twice per season. We request that you register at least 48-hours in advance for the hunt you would like to participate in.
Capping Fees:
Wednesday Hunts - $50.00 per rider
Sunday or Holiday Hunts - $100.00 per rider
Please submit payment via e-transfer to the address: payments@wwhunt.ca
Please complete the guest registration form and we will get back to you as soon as possible with hunt day detail, and the club rules and policies.
*Note: upon submission you will be redirected to our release and acceptance of risk form. This additional form is required to be completed for all riders. Your completed and submitted form will be accepted as your electronic signature.
ONTARIO EQUESTRIAN (OE)
For insurance purposes, membership of OE is mandatory for all categories of W-WH Riding. OE annual subscriptions are not included in the applicable W-WH capping fees.
